What are VALUES?

At their simplest values are those things we want to have in our lives so much that we put them above other things.

Michael Henderson and Dougal Thompson from Values at Work say that values are simply “the sum of our preferences and priorities”. Preferences are what we would rather have in our lives than do without. Priorities indicate how important each preference is in relation to another.”
Working with the tool is not quick. You will need around 30 minutes to work through as you explore 128 different, and distinct, values to uncover the 7 that have the greatest meaning and influence in your life right now.

You can email us to purchase your priority values report which provides you with a list of your Top 7 Priority Values

Working with the online tool is not particularly quick so if at all possible allocate 40-45 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to complete your values inventory.

There are no right and wrong answers just values that you prefer and prioritise over others. Your answers will provide some insight into your thinking at this point. At the end of the process you will be emailed  your Values Profile and with further information and support should you want to explore more with your values.

YOU and Your VALUES...

Your personal pattern of priority values determines what you notice and how you feel about the things you notice. If you’d like to have more choice in your reactions and notice more then the AVI is a great tool for you.

Research shows that people who are consciously connected with their priority values are better equipped to lead with authenticity, suffer less from stress and find planning for the future more straightforward than people who are unaware of their personal priority values. All of which makes it well worth the time it takes to make your way through the tool.

A PDF copy of your unique values profile report will be supplied to you by email should you wish to purchase it after completing the inventory.
